Shipping & Delivery Policy

We use the Irish postal service, An Post to ship the products. The DHL courier used will depend on the destination of the order and the selected shipping method.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

All orders in Ireland are sent via An Post. All orders in the UK, Europe, USA/Canada, Australia/New Zealand and Rest of the World are shipped with An Post  or DHL for express delivery to some International locations.

Custom charges may apply to orders delivered outside the EU. SkynCap does not take responsibility for any additional duty charges, customs charges or Value Added Tax that you may face if your order is imported.

During busy seasons, sale periods and public/bank holidays our shipping processing time can take 3 additional business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Customers will be able to view shipping costs during checkout.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

SkynCap is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information on customs fees and duties.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.

Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.

Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

  • The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

PROCESSING TIME

The order processing time might take up to 1-5 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.


ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at info@skyncap.com

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already been shipped, We are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of package due to your error. Any enquiries or issues must be taken up the shipping carrier.

Once again please be advised that delays can happen which is beyond our control. All our quoted delivery dates are estimated as per our courier and we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times.

A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email).
Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us.

Please of note if your order is returned to us by the Post Office for the following reasons, it will not be refunded:

  • Insufficient Address
  • Refusal of Delivery
  • Missed Delivery

PREODERS 

Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date/time specified on the product page. If you have ordered a pre-order item and additional items that are not on pre-order, all your items will be sent at once.
